If for some reason you want to return a Dog Bed or Nap Sack to us please email glatour@dachshundpups.com or call us 936-344-8852 before you return them or they will be refused. We do not guarantee your dog to love this bed or not to tear it up. We make every effort to do the best job we can in the construction of our products but can not guarantee your companions actions or reactions to them. If your Dog Bed is defective in any way then we will refund or replace your bed or Nap Sack. If your dog destroys the bed or Nap Sack or does not like it we DO NOT give refunds. NO shipping charges will be refunded.
We do not refund on Weiner Wraps as they are custom made for each individual pupper. If you have a problem with fit on your dachshund please let us know and we will be glad to do any alterations we need to do.
